What are the products made of ?
In the description of each product, you will be able to find the list of ingredients that each item is made of. Our products are usually made out of natural and locally sourced goods from the Philippines. 


How do I order ? 
We only process orders coursed through our official website. Add items to your cart, follow the checkout process, settle your payment, and send payment receipt to or through Instagram DM @akkulaph

Do you allow meet-ups or pick-ups ?
We do not allow meet-ups but you may pick-up your orders at our office in Makati City. If you wish to pick-up your order, please email us at or DM us on Instagram @akkulaph so that we may arrange this for you.


What are your payment methods ?

When will you ship my order ?
We ship orders out one business day after payment has been processed. For all orders made over the weekends and holidays, processing is on the next business day. 

Can I get my orders ASAP ?
You may request for same-day delivery via Grab or Lalamove. Contact us, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

How much is your shipping fee ? 
Our courier service is Blitz Delivery PH 
Metro Manila : Php 80, 1 - 4 business days after payment
Provincial : Php 150, 6 - 10 business days after payment 

Do you ship internationally ?
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the Philippines yet. 

How long will it take to get my order ? 
Packages are only shipped out when we receive your proof of payment via email or Instagram DM. Orders made and paid for on weekends or holidays are processed the following business days. 


Can I return or exchange my order ? 
We do not offer refunds, but all items may be exchanged for other Akkula products only or store credit. Exchanges are only valid within 7 days of receipt of the item. To be eligible for an exchange the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items will only be granted an exchange via courier once.

Who will cover the shipping for exchanges ?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.

What if my order comes with a defect ? 
If your ordered item/s come with a defect when they reach you, please contact us immediately. Send a photo of your items to or DM us on Instagram @akkulaph, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

1. We do not accept returns, and only allow exchanges on a case-to-case basis.
2. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
3. Prices and products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
4. Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
